Population, Women and Environmental Development Organization (PWEDO) is a non-profit, non-political community based non-governmental organization run by well reputed educators, well known researchers, dedicated social workers and renowned professionals contributing towards people’s wellbeing by promoting and protecting human rights, gender equality and the integrity of the environment. PWEDO is established in 1994 with a mission to develop and strengthen each individual’s potentiality through imparting specific knowledge and skills to change attitude and behavior for equitable growth and sustainable development.
